I am a PhD student at the Urology Research Laboratory at the University of Bern. During my Master’s in Cellular and Molecular Biotechnology at the University of Trento (Italy), my scientific interest has focused on tumor biology and on the development of novel tumor-specific treatments. In particular, I am interested in understanding the mechanisms of tumor metastasis and the interactions between cancer cells and their surrounding microenvironment.
