I am a PhD student at the University of Bern at the Urology Research Laboratory. I am interested in using bioinformatic tools to further the understanding of biological/medical processes. The goal of my research is to establish a new framework to analyze cell-cell communication based on single cell RNA-sequencing methods evaluating the full complexity of cell-communication inside the heterogeneous environment of Genitourinary cancers.
